Electro Hydraulic Road Traffic Barriers is an electro hydraulically operated rising step obstruction which rises above the ground level on giving a valid input signal and thus prevents unauthorized intrusions at entry/exit points of high security (Z+) premises. When in lowered position the vehicles can pass through, thereby providing a good enhanced security blockage system.
Technology:
The traffic barriers is operated by high speed hydraulic cylinders. A power pack containing an electric motor – pump assembly and an accumulator/handle for manual operation (in case of power failure) is installed upto a distance of 20 meters from the road barrier in a all weatherproof lockable steel casing on a concrete base. The operation time for moving the blocker up & down can be from 2 to 6 seconds.

Electro Mechanical Boom Barrier are efficient gates with a torque motor which raises the boom arm through a sinusoidal level method. It helps the boom arm to move in both up & down position in an electromechanical and hydraulic drive mechanism which delivers it more appropriate for stable operations with intense use.

- It constitute an inbuilt anti-crush safety device, which delays the movement of the boom, it must meet any obstacle. Additional beam sensor provides an optional protection to vehicles. Auto-close of the boom barrier can program in the controller which can customize the closing delay.
